SUMMARY:Light Energy and New Moon Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Clare Hohensee is an Intregrative Light Energy Healer\, passionate about sharing the knowledge while continually learning about alternative methods in health care. Recently completed the online Energy Medicine course throug the Four Winds Society\, guided by world-renowned shamans\, teachers\, and authors\, Alberto Villoldo and Marcela Lobos. In 2019 and 2023\, completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Integrative Energy Healing and Developing Consciousness program at Free Spirit School in Bulter\, Wisconsin\, under the mentorship of the incredible Diane Bloom and Rose Koremenos. \n\n\n\nWith over 35 years of experience in healthcare\, has a solid foundation in providing compassionate\, ethical\, and individualized care. Now retired\, can effectively empower others to heal themselves. \n\n\n\nGrowing up in the Northwoods of Wisconsin Clare has a deep love for nature and wildlife. It is her heart and soul\, Home. Recently Clare and her husband moved to Los Angeles\, and it has been quite the adventure. They enjoy exploring the city and surrounding areas with our sassy terrier\, Flynn\, discovering all the great opportunities LA has to offer. \n\n\n\nClare’s goal is to ‘help people find what is in their heart and soul so that they can move forward in their journey’. \n\n\n\nLet’s celebrate the new moon! Friday night will have a fire ceremony and set the intention for the weekend. We will invite you to write something you’d like to let go of or make a wish for the future to burn in the fire. We will provide a gift you can give to the fire such as a flower\, herb or twig. \n\n\n\nSaturday morning we will offer a new moon ceremony\, guided meditation and journaling\, in the afternoon we will participate in a discovery walk\, followed by restorative yoga and sound therapy. During our breaks Clare will provide individual 45 minute healing sessions. You may choose one of two healing sessions Hara Line alignment or Mind Calming. \n\n\n\nMind Calming Technique is to support balance and provide a calming soothing energy to the mind\, thoughts and the brain. To help you focus\, especially if you are mentally exhausted. \n\n\n\nHara Line Alignment is a balancing and centering session that helps to heal past and present blockages and breaks in our energy field.
